The Runnin' W Wildlife Center is located in Arizona in what is called 'the Verde Valley.' We are home to various native and non-native species of animals and provide sanctuary and rehabilitation for native birds and small mammals. Our facility also provides an environmental and educational platform for schools and small tours, and we create a living classroom that covers the environmental sciences as well as stewardship. Visitors will gain knowledge to understand and live in harmony with the natural world, while assisting the misplaced, injured and orphaned animals in northern Arizona.
Runnin’ W provides training through internships and networks with other qualified recovery institutions and volunteers in the region. Our goal is to help nurture Mother Nature through animal preservation.
